Travelling the Balkans in June, need help with itinerary!
Sorry if this isn't in the right place. As the title says, I am planning a trip to the Balkans starting in June. I am a little stuck with my planning at the moment and would appreciate some help.
About me: I'm 23 years old and I have travelled a lot before. I am planning on doing this trip solo and getting buses from place to place as I think this will be the cheapest/most efficient way of getting around. If you feel that getting planes/trains around would be better then let me know.
I am a friendly and active person. When I travel I enjoy interacting with locals, sightseeing, trying out different foods, experiencing the culture, climbing mountains & also partying.
I am a good budget traveller, I will stay in hostels and won't tend to eat out in expensive places that much.
Trip Details:
Duration Starting early June, would like to spend around 2.5/3 months, however it can be a bit longer or a bit shorter depending on what you guys think.
Budget: I would like to spend £3000/$4200/€3400 however I can spend more or less, again depending on what you guys recommend. (I could possible spend up to £4000/$5600/€4500) This budget does not include the starting flight from the U.K and return flight home to the U.K
Countries/Route: I am going to be starting in Istanbul as I am meeting a friend there but I will only be there for a week and then I will travel to Bulgaria to start my travels.
Start: Istanbul to Bulgaria
- Bulgaria (Plovdiv - Sofia)

Macedonia (Skopje)

Kosovo (Prishtina)

Montenegro (Podgorica, Budva, Kotor)

Croatia (Dubrovnik)

Bosnia & Herzegovina (Mostar, Sarajevo)

Serbia (Belgrade)

Hungary (Budapest) - Fly back to U.K
I have made a basic route to follow around the main places in the countries, I will go to a lot of other places within these countries, I just wanted to sort out a basic route first.
Other countries to possibly include:

Greece

Albania
-
More of Croatia
-
Romania
These are other countries which I would love to include in my itinerary if I have the time & budget, let me know if you think I could include any of these countries within my route.
I could possibly visit Romania, Greece & maybe Croatia in other trips that I am planning in the future, but I am not sure on Albania, so if it is a country that is a must visit, then I will especially try to include that within this trip.
